A new resource consent has been granted for the Shelly Bay development in Wellington.
The original consent was quashed in December 2018 after a business group, Enterprise Miramar, appealed against the decision.
When developers The Wellington Company filed a second consent application, the Wellington City Council appointed independent commissioners to make the decision.
Ian Cassells is the director of The Wellington Company.
