Michael Wood had already been stood down from his transport role after revelations he owned shares in Auckland Airport.
Yesterday it was revealed he'd also failed to declare shares in Chorus, Spark, and the National Australia Bank.
Mr Wood had been involved in decisions directly relating to those businesses in the past year.
