Christopher Luxon is accusing the government of destroying a pipeline of good infrastructure projects -- projects he says National will get back on track.
The party is today announcing a five-point plan to eliminate what it calls the country's "infrastructure deficit".
National says it will establish a fast-track consenting process based on the one used during Covid.
