National's strategy team has held its first post-election meeting, working on how to negotiate with ACT and maybe even New Zealand First.
Based on preliminary results National and ACT hold a slim majority at 61 seats out of 121. But there are still 570,000 special votes to be counted, about 20-percent of the total votes cast.
Full results won't be known until November 3rd.
