Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has admitted that an "unintentional" strike killed seven workers of food aid charity World Central Kitchen.
Among those killed by the Israeli strike were three Britons, an Australian, a dual US-Canadian citizen and a Palestinian.
The Prime Ministers of Australia and the UK are demanding answers.
The CEO of World Central Kitchen, celebrity chef Jose Andres says the attack is "unforgiveable" and shows that food is being used as a "weapon of war" in Gaza.
Since the attack, a second aid NGO has joined World Central Kitchen in pausing its operations in Gaza.
