Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei has confirmed the country's first vice president, Mohammad Mokhbe, will take over as President on an interim basis after confirmation on Monday that the country's President Ebrahim Raisi had been killed in a helicopter crash on Sunday night.
