A leading lawyer is taking multiple government departments to court for delays in tackling abuse at the Christian Community of Gloriavale.
Barrister Brian Henry has filed proceedings against Oranga Tamariki, the Department of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Social Development and Labour Inspectorate, after sending an explosive letter to the Prime Minister and other ministers calling for the West Coast commune to be shut down.
