A fast-growing high school says a government inquiry into the school property system won't do anything to complete six new blocks which are only partially built.
According to National, the review has sprung from poor financial management by the previous government.
Up to three hundred and fifty building projects will also be reassessed, and some could be heading for the chopping block.
Papamoa College is one of 20 schools with builds already put on hold.
Papamoa principal Iva Ropati spoke to Corin Dann.
