Gang patches to be outlawed in coalition's law and order crackdown

It will soon be illegal for people to wear gang patches in public.
The coalition is introducing a suite of tougher police and justice policies, as part of its 100-day plan. It says changes, like banning gang patches, will make gang members' lives harder, though critics say the courts and police could also cop it.
