More than 42,000 people have been affected by catastrophic flooding caused by the destruction of the Kakhovka dam.
Thousands have been evacuated from the Ukrainian-controlled part of the flood zone, while locals in Russian-controlled towns say aid volunteers were denied access as the waters rose.
Ukraine expects flood waters to peak in the coming hours, and remain high for the next 10 days.
