A decline in the number of experienced airplane and helicopter pilot trainers is raising safety fears in the airline industry about the loss of their skills.
Aviation sector leaders say growth in the aviation sector means airlines are recruiting seasoned and knowledgeable pilots who might otherwise made a career out of training new pilots.
