Concerns sending workers who helped investigation overseas will stop others coming forward

There are concerns plans to force a group of migrant workers at the centre of immigration fraud allegations to leave the country will undermine efforts to bring to light cases of exploitation.
The group are among 50 Chinese construction workers who claim a New Zealand-based recruiter misled them about their pay and working rights.
