Child's wheelchair turned away from Jetstar flight

A family with four disabled children had their long-planned holiday ruined when they were turned away from their Jetstar flight after waiting in line to check in their daughter's wheelchair.
The Fredericks from Tauranga were hoping to fly from Auckland to Wellington on Sunday morning.
Instead the parents ended up having to load the kids in the car and make the long drive south.
