It's deja vu for Wellington resident and former human rights commissioner Rae Julian.
The 81-year-old retiree lives in the Kate Sheppard Apartments, right in the thick of what in February was a violent parliamentary occupation - and right in the thick of this morning's planned protest around Parliament.
She and other residents of the complex are hoping the outcomes will be a different to the one that happened last time.
Julian spoke to Susie Ferguson.
