Dairy owners want changes to the $6 million ram raid fund so they can get access to help faster.
Just five stores have got security upgrades since the fund was announced in May, and police are still working to finalise the design and delivery of the programme.

In a statement from Police Minister Chris Hipkins late last night, he says he expects the programme to ramp up over the next month.
He says police have been working through how they best support small businesses, particularly in Auckland, and are bringing on more assessors.
