As we've been reporting this morning, the axe appears to be hovering over the National Screening Unit.
Te Whatu Ora revealed in March it was looking at restructuring 16,000 back-office and management jobs.
And it has confirmed the National Screening Unit is under review.
In a statement, Te Whatu Ora says any changes will not affect the delivery of the screening service received by the public.
