There will be a lot of dejected cricket fans at work today, after a crushing 172-run defeat for the Black Caps on Sunday.
The test finished just before lunch on the fourth day, with the Black Caps getting bowled out for 196 after Australian Nathan Lyon spun the visitors to victory with six second innings wickets.
But the Black Caps will look to bounce back, with the second test beginning in Christchurch on Friday.
