The tourism industry is scrambling to find enough staff before the expected influx of tourists this summer.
It's estimated that one in four tourism jobs or 90,000 roles, were cut in the first 12 months of the pandemic.
While thousands of working holiday visa holders have been approved, most have yet to touch down in Aotearoa.
