A New Zealand academic who's studied the effects of a four-day work week says they really do benefit companies and workers.
Global consumer goods company, Unilever, has announced it will use its staff in Aotearoa to trial a four-day working week, at full pay.
If successful, the scheme will be rolled out to Unilever's 155,000 employees around the world.
Jarred Haar is a professor of human resource management at AUT, and has studied the impacts of a four-day work week.
He spoke to Māni Dunlop.
