Grieving is an intimate, individual, personal journey.  Many who have suffered a loss grieve in various ways, in their own individual time frame.  There is no set developmental process which determines how to grieve or how long the grieving process takes.  No one can determine the grieving timeline except you.  Prominent grief counselors and medical professionals have documented stages of grief which examine shock, denial, pain, isolation, guilt, anger, reasoning, depression, acceptance, and finally hope.  The path one takes in the journey of grief is unique, but these stages basically apply in all cases.  In my next guest's particular grieving journey, she shares what has brought her on the highs and lows on an emotional rollercoaster involving grief and despair to the path she chose to be enlightened, that than eternally hide herself under her comforter.  In the tragic loss of her moth and husband in a short pans of time, she chose to be an example to have others Bend...But Don't Break!  Ladies and Gentlemen, allow me to introduce my next guest Sheryl Williams to the RNG Radio Show, she is a prominent promoter of women an advocate of women's issues.  She was inspired to write to address the subject of grieving after the tragic loss of her mother and husband in a such a short time span in 2020.
