From the Author;

The word Trauma, according to Webster’s dictionary is defined as:
A) An injury (such as a wound) to living tissue caused by an extrinsic agent
B) A disordered psychic or behavioral state resulting from severe mental or emotional stress or physical injury
C) An emotional upset, such as, the personal trauma of an executive who is not living up to his own expectations

In my few decades on this planet, I have personally experienced my share of traumatic events. In this time, I have truly evaluated each instance, which all fall under, Webster’s definition unequivocally. Early on, I discovered something profoundly therapeutic about acknowledging, one’s trauma and dealing with it, head on. Often times, we don't deal with our trauma. If you don't deal with your trauma, it will deal with you. After evaluation, I have found that my avenue, by which to deal with my trauma, is to write, act, seek therapy, and have a relationship with the father, through Jesus Christ. My desire for anyone reading this, is that your participate in your own healing. You can overcome, your trauma, but you going to have to fight for it. How bad, do you want it? Healing is a process, but take the necessary steps you need, to become a better version of yourself. You deserve to be healed.
