He is a real estate entrepreneur who focuses on multifamily apartment syndication. The skills that he focuses on are deal sourcing or finding deals, underwriting deals, and capital raising. He is a member of the Shark Pool Council led by Corneilous Cannon of the Apartment Investing Shark Pool. He is a member of Dean DeBassi's Walk Multifamily Mastermind. He is a member of Emma Powell's Joint Venture Multifamily group.
He currently resides in Wilmington NC but born and raised in Hampton, VA where he calls home. He just started his Multifamily journey about 2 years ago. He started off taking courses and getting knowledge. Now, he's taking action. He's looking for his first multifamily deal.
He is married to his wife of 10 years and have 7 children. Before getting into multifamily, he was an Uber and Lyft driver for about 7 years. His real estate background is in wholesaling houses and being an owner financed note broker.
