Had the pleasure of sitting with Amanda on episode 53 of Rizzology. Amanda is a former fitness competitor in the NPC but also so much more than that. We were able to speak about her roots in the fitness industry and some of the shifts in mindset that led her to her current role as a small business owner, Myofascial release therapist, and as a dope human being.
