FEATURING JOHN BOYD – The newly passed American Rescue Plan, voted on by no Republicans, and signed in to law by President Joe Biden, is a whopping $1.9 trillion relief bill aimed at the financial pain caused by the coronavirus pandemic. John Boyd, founder and President of the National Black Farmers Association and a fourth-generation farmer from Baskerville, Virginia.
