Pensacola Report: Surf, Inshore & Offshore are all Good Bets Right Now

On this weeks episode we talk with Capt. Brant Peacher of AnglerUp with Brant out of Pensacola, FL. We get an update on the surf fishing, they might be a little more shallow than you suspect & we get an update on the inshore and offshore fishery around Pensacola as well. Brant also tells us about an experience he had recently that answers the question: "Can you keep an illegal fish if it is going to die/is already dead when you catch it." This is an unfortunate reality to our sport, sometimes fish that are out of season or over/under sized don't make it. Or are in bad enough shape that when you release them, you know that you are just feeding all of the lazy predators on the reef. So as any good steward of the environment might wonder, why can't you just keep those fish? Brant talks to the FWC and gets an answer.
