Nobody likes to wait. But some kinds of waiting are harder than others. If the delay is short, that's OK. If we're told to hold on for a long time, but a specific time, that's tolerable. But, as we anticipate the return of Christ, we have indications that much time will pass, no date is given - and there's a danger that we'll be drawn away to other things in the meantime.
