With AI and robots becoming ever more present, we need to start thinking smarter about the jobs of the future. So, this episode feature three young creatives at the start of their careers: Alessia Castiglione, Madeline Catanese, and Tobias McCullagh talking about what the future holds for them, and why they are passionate about doing good for the world.

Topics discussed:

What creativity is to them.
Why they got into a creative professional field.
What makes something great creatively.
Somewhere between Jupiter and Saturn is an undiscovered planet that is inhabited solely by children. What is it called? How is it different to planet Earth? How is it similar?
A right-brain tip.

Tobias is an art director who whilst still rather fresh to the advertising industry is always exercising his little grey cells for new ideas. He's worked at Ogilvy and GTB and he sends me ideas all the day which are pretty bloody awesome.
