Ren currently leads the development of propositions to drive the development of new services and solutions at global accounting and management consulting firm KPMG. She's also the co-founder and advisor of luxury menswear label Christian Kimber (National Designer of the Year 2019), and is a regular contributor for GQ and Vogue. She's also a Board Director for Kids Under Cover, a charity dedicated to the prevention of youth homelessness in Victoria.

Rachel is currently the Senior Marketing Manager for Jeep Australia having been at parent company Fiat-Chrysler for five years. Before that she worked at advertising agency GPY&R, now known as VMLY&R where she was account director across client such as the AFL, Schweppes, and youth homelessness charity Ladder.
