According to the State of the Global Islamic Economy Report, the Islamic Finance sector is fast becoming a force to be reckoned with, especially in the Islamic financial hubs of the GCC, Malaysia and London, along with formidable new players such as Indonesia and Pakistan. The Islamic finance industry is forecasted to grow by 7.7 percent CAGR to reach US $3.8 trillion by 2023.
