Thunderworks (creator of the Thundershirt) has not been live on RF-SMART for long, but they have already become super users of both RF-SMART and NetSuite. After a failed WMS implementation in 2020, Thunderworks turned to RF-SMART to help with their inventory needs. Since then, they have worked to improve accuracy to 98% in their facility while utilizing functionality such as cycle counting and Pick Manager.
