Mick Rossi actor, writer, musician & producer began his career in Manchester, England by forming the cult British Punk rock band Slaughter and the Dogs. Mick has written & produced several albums with Slaughter and the Dogs to date and they are considered to be one of the founders of the Punk Rock movement in Britain today. Mick  transition into acting under the direction of famed British actor/director Keith Allen for the BBC. Since moving to LA, Mick continues to work as an actor in independent Film. As a writer he has penned scripts with actors Gabriel Byrne, Joanne Whalley & Patrick Bergin, etc Mick is the author of several original screenplays including the Lionsgate hit PLAYED. Mick stars in the lead role of “Ray Burns” in “Played” opposite a star studded cast including Val Kilmer, Gabriel Byrne, Vinnie Jones, Anthony LaPaglia, Patrick Bergin, the late great Bruno Kirby, Joanne Whalley, and Patsy Kensit. “Played” took home awards for Best Picture at the Hollywood Film Festival & Best Original Screenplay at the Malibu International Film Festival.  Mick followed up “Played” with the dramatic heist thriller 2:22 directed by Phillip Guzman and produced by Canadian producer Lenny Bitondo. He co-wrote 2:22 with writer director Phillip Guzman. Mick also co-produced 2:22. Mick’s latest project is the dark psychological thriller “A Kiss and a Promise” which he also penned with Phillip Guzman. Mick plays the leading role of “David Beck” a sociopath opposite actress Natasha Gregson Wagner.  “A Kiss and a Promise” was directed by Phillip Guzman and produced by Lenny Bitondo.
