Adrienne Barton is a Wife, Mom, and Bonus Mom, who has always been passionate about supporting others in living their best life. With a B.A. in Business, a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) with 17 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, and a Certified Youth Sports Administrator (CYSA), she has enjoyed a career in mission-driven work to make the world a better place.
As a biological parent, a co-parent, and a stepparent, she understands the challenges you are facing around the complexities of stepfamily life. She has been in your shoes, and she gets it!
In 2012, just when she thought she was destined to be alone and a single mom to her two daughters forever, she met the perfect man, who also has two daughters.
As they began to blend their lives, she could not have been more excited about the fresh start ahead. Her fairytale world was quickly turned upside down when the challenges of blending families and learning to co-parent with each other and with exes consumed her every day.
Nothing could have prepared her for the reality of the challenges that they would encounter with co-parenting and blended family life.
While mistakes have been made, tears have been cried, and lessons have been learned on this unknown journey, through time, commitment and love, she and her husband Anthony, have a blended family they enjoy every day.
And now, she is passionate about helping others who may be embarking on this journey or to offer some comfort and assurance that you are not alone.
She is here to help you on your journey to find lasting, practical, and love-filled solutions to specific issues relating to all things parenting and your family’s circumstances.
