Episode 7: Episode 7: Restoration in C#. Sacral Chakra.

Episode 7 is for the healing of the Sacral Chakra. This week's episode is in the key of C# or C sharp. It is said that the note C# is located where the lumbar spine meets the sacrum on the body. The vibrations from C# are good for people being born and for the person giving birth. 

The Sacral Chakra helps embrace life when you’re feeling held back. It allows you and assist with expressing your emotions appropriately without feeling as if you are holding back. 

The vibrations from C# are necessary for anyone who has gone through sexual trauma to help establish their grounding place. 

All and all, the Sacral Chakra and the note C# more specifically bridge the gap between C, which is related to grounding, family, and foundation, and D which relates to the relationship with one another and movement. C# is related to the “hara” of a male and the womb of a woman both powerful energy centers.

Allow this to be a safe place for you to clear your mind, take a deep breath, meditate, do yoga, or do anything else that allows you to relax and heal. Allow your mind to wander. Use this time to disconnect from the workweek as you approach the weekend and free yourself from the chaos. Allow yourself to be free.
