It is tied to functions of the pelvic floor muscles, the reproductive system, the lower extremities, and the circulatory system. It is our centering life-force area of the body.

Restoring the Root Chakra with the note C brings grounding. Energizing this Chakra can assist with feeling lazy, depressed, confident, circulation, and many other symptoms. It can also release feelings of anxiety and fear. C promotes your ability to share common feelings with others by bringing you into the center of your own feelings.

All and all, the Root Chakra and the vibrations of C are our life-promoting energy centers. In order for energy to flow, we must be grounded through our Root Chakra. Allow this to be a safe place for you to clear your mind, take a deep breath, meditate, do yoga, or do anything else that allows you to relax and heal. Allow your mind to wander. Use this time to disconnect from the workweek as you approach the weekend and free yourself from the chaos. Allow yourself to be free.
