Often times we are told to stretch and get out of our comfort zones. But not many say that there is indeed a time when you need to step back into your comfort zone.


In this episode I talk about how  your comfort zone can help you when you've had a rough patch and are trying to build your confidence and find yourself again. There is a time to stay in your comfort zone and a time when you must stretch. The issue is not being in your comfort zone but how long you stay in your comfort zone.
