Life isn't a sprint, but it's not a marathon either. No, dear listener, life is a relay race, and this week Hosts James and Diaz welcome Very Special Guest Xavier back onto the show so that the three of them can discuss some Guys Who Were The Weak Link On Relay Teams.

We dive in first with Diaz who revisits a a different part of a golden performance from our past (17:08); followed by Xavier, who takes his shot with as much cold precision as he can (40:52); and then James, who cycles through some past stars of Madison Square Garden (1:00:31).
