When I asked him why he wrote the book, without hesitation, he mentioned his two elementary-age children - an eight year-old son and a daughter that's 12. "They don't have a chance," he said; referring to the future job prospects that won't be waiting for them once they reach their teen and adult years. And, as the value of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and street smarts, continue to skyrocket, building a business, working in your strengths, and doing what you love, has become less of a game of "fitting in" and more of an opportunity to "belong".
