I have been living with knee and back pain most of my adult life. Much of my fitness knowledge comes from books and the internet. With a focus issue and a tendency to cheat hard work, my workout routines notably have some critical holes of information. I have recently challenged myself to take a deeper look at the pain. As it turns out, I have a friend who specializes in helping with that very thing.
