Waiting for the Quota Lottery Results?

Over the past several weeks, the firm has received calls nearly every day
from clients asking when the public drawing for quota liquor licenses
results will be announced. 2019 results.

The deadline to enter the 2019 public drawing for quota alcoholic beverage licenses passed yesterday, and the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco is beginning the process of reviewing the entry forms. One question is on many entrants’ minds: when will the winner’s list be released?

The state’s process is involved and will take several months - the results have generally been released between March and June of the following year. A summary of the state’s drawing procedure is included below for your reference. Please note that there will be public notice of the results announcement event in the Florida Administrative Register several weeks prior to the event.
