The 2016 presidential election is now over, and, in what very few could ever have imagined, Donald Trump is elected President of the United States. No matter what our differences are politically, surely we can all agree that this campaign has been demoralizing and even traumatizing for most of the country.

Now what? What do we say? What should be the posture of the church?

WE don’t have all the answers but we know its time for us, the church, to get back to what we were meant to be and what were called to do. Jesus is on his throne, He is the true King, He is the one we pledge allegiance to. This ought to comfort us is because Jesus left his throne to love persons not like him. May we follow in his steps.
