Unleashed Availability & Willingness

How did the New Testament church go from a handful of unschooled followers of Jesus to a world-changing, cultural-shifting movement of thousands — and eventually millions — around the world? This happened by unleashing the full force of the church to love people, one at a time, by the power of the Holy Spirit. In Matthew 28, Jesus unleashed his followers to go into all the world and make disciples. The book of Acts records the stories of an unleashed church. Today, after a period of waiting, God is ready to unleash the full force of the church on the world, not just through corporate ministry, but through the witnessing action of the church loving God, loving people, and living out contagious missional lifestyles.
