Next Episode: Art Meets Science

In this episode, we discuss the many facets of structural integration. How it diverges from the traditional biomechanical model of the body, facilitates personal growth, and how it's an experiential process, not one that can be adequately appreciated through knowledge alone. We discuss how people often have trouble letting go of parts of their identity, even when their experiences prove to be contrary to their previous knowledge. We talk about how art, not anatomy, helped us become better practitioners and why people who are curious are good at receiving structural integration.
