Born in Rio de Janeiro in 1976, moved to the US at 21, now 42.
Father of 3 kids (2 girls 1 boy) and happily married.
Grew up extremelly active doing multiple sports (martial arts, soccer, volleyball, surfing, etc...) and always trained my own style of fitness (cross training)
Personal Trainer since 2008, Manual Therapist since 2011, both my own business in Folsom.
Opened One Body Integrated Training & Therapy (DBA: One Body Pain & Performance Solutions) in 2012 in El Dorado Hills.
Taught core curriculum & own workshops at the Healing Arts Institute 2011-2013
Been teaching NKT since 2014 (Brazil, Chile, USA, Symposium 2015 in San Diego)
Promote, host and teach various workshops year around at One Body and internationally
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt & Judo Blue
