Hello Star Trek fans! Welcome to Rebinge Deep Space Nine S7E8: The Siege of AR-558. In this episode Nog is really introduced to the horrors of war and we contemplate whether war is destroying the Star Trek in our captain.

The Siege of AR-558

Sisko takes the Defiant on a dangerous mission to resupply a Starfleet unit at a remote outpost. When they get there, things are way worse than expected and Sisko decides to stick around and try to help. We have a lot of cliches in this episode and we have a lot of bad decisions and sketchy military tactics. But worst of all, one of our heroes is critically injured while Quark just does a lot of whining (could have done without that part).
