This weeks guest we had the privilege of sitting down with one of Scotland's top Podcasters and Producers Halina Rifai of the incredible 'A Sonic Hug' podcast, which if you haven't already you should 100% go check out before the new series gets published.

We spoke about a lot and Halina was a great guest but we spoke about podcasting as Halina is an absolute trail blazer coming onto the scene as one of the first Podcasts in Scotland over a decade ago! We also spoke about mental health which Halina has been so open and honest about her own experiences and seems to be a huge inspiration for her work. We also talked about Halina's heritage as a mixed race woman working within a white, male dominated industry traditionally and why its important she helps provide a platform for future creatives peolpe of colour to be able to break into the industry.
