In today’s episode, we have the wonderful Jayson Gaignard, Founder of MastermindTalks, an invitation-only community for the top entrepreneurs in the world.

Jayson shares his intimate and unconventional journey around entrepreneurship, starting with a personal concierge business. While he tasted commercial success, this was a business that he did not enjoy at all. In 2011, this business went downhill, leaving Jayson newly married with a six-month-old daughter and a $250,000 dollars in debt.

Grappling with suicidal thoughts, Jayson managed to pull himself back together just in time. He talks about the various emotions that raced through his mind at this point – emotions too complex to process.

Later on, Jayson shares how the idea for MastermindTalks came into being. He shares the importance of community and what it really means to have someone’s back. A supporter of mental health, Jayson’s episode is vulnerable, real, and touching. Please enjoy!
