Real estate journeys are always unique to the individual, but fortunately we can learn from listening to the stories of other journeys and apply lessons and inspiration to our own lives.

In this episode Greg and Darren welcome Kyle Grimm. Kyle began his real estate journey while still in high school with a purchase of a $5000 house. (Spoiler alert – he sold it just last year!) Kyle has been consistent in scaling his business one step at a time and his commitment to that goal shows in the growth he has been able to accomplish. 

 One great takeaway – Let people know what you are doing. If they don’t know, they won’t present you with opportunities.


Kyle is a 27-year-old real estate investor and broker who is currently focusing on mobile home parks and small multi family.  Kyle got started in real estate when he purchased his first rental senior year of high school. After receiving that first rent check, he was hooked.  Kyle is currently working on turning his portfolio of small multifamily and mobile home parks into a well-oiled machine so he can continue to scale.
