In this episode Greg and Darren welcome fellow investor, friend, and partner Joe Sullivan to the podcast.  In the past 3 years Joe has grown from a personal portfolio 20 residential units to VP of acquisitions for Sharpline Equity, a real estate firm quickly approaching 1000 units.

Some key take aways from his journey are education, networking and adding value.  With limited resources, Joe focused on finding deals. His successes there led to the relationships that ultimately enabled him to quit his W-2 job. By focusing on his strengths, Joe was able to find a way to break into the business. What’s your strength that can lead to massive growth?
