Greg and Darren sit down with fellow investor and partner Marshall Friedman to discuss the book "What I Learned Losing a Million Dollars".  Author Jim Paul walks readers through how he lost a million dollars investing in the stock market. Greg, Darren and Marshall apply those lessons to multifamily investing, with a short detour in to commercial properties. 

Marshall Friedman is currently pursuing real estate investing full time with a focus on the multifamily space. Marshall has been invested in real estate for over five years.

Prior to pursuing real estate investing full time, Marshall was a member of Houlihan Lokey’s investment banking Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group where he executed sell side and capital raise mandates for clients. 

Marshall holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Chinese from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
