In this episode, Jocelyn & Alexis get real about A LOT.

We dive right into Alexis's story of how she jumped into Pelvic Health soon after graduating physical therapy school, how she connected with her patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction because of her own experience with #endometriosis, #urgeincontinence. We talk about how she got into helping women, men, and everything in between both in person and via #telehealth. She is the Telehealth queen... doing it well before COVID-19 hit. Towards the end of the episode we talk about pleasure, the importance of communication, and about a new program she is collaborating on this May.
